These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of No More Porn Shame and any related content (including bonus materials and the private Discord community) sold by Trey Lyon, doing business as Leading Edge Sex Solutions ("we," "us," "our") through leadingedgesex.com. By purchasing or accessing our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Age Requirement

Our content deals frankly with sex, pornography, and sexuality. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products, join our Discord community, or use this site. By doing so, you're confirming that you meet this requirement.

2. What You're Buying

When you purchase No More Porn Shame, you're buying a personal, non-transferable license to download and read the ebook (and any bonus materials included with your purchase) for your own private use. You are not purchasing the right to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share copies of the ebook or bonus materials with anyone else
• Post the content publicly or upload it to file-sharing sites
• Share your Payhip license key with another person so they can redeem it in your place
• Use the content for any commercial purpose without our written permission

All content is protected by copyright and remains our intellectual property. Each license key is intended for one buyer and one Discord account.

This applies with equal force to the bonus audio interview with Dr. David Ley included with your purchase. You may listen to it for your own personal use, but you may not copy, re-upload, rehost, distribute, edit, remix, excerpt, or otherwise use any portion of that recording — including Dr. Ley's voice or likeness — for any other purpose without our express written permission and his.

3. Payment and Refunds

Purchases are processed securely through Payhip and Stripe. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@leadingedgesex.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds requested after 30 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis but aren't guaranteed.

Refunding your purchase will also revoke your access to the private Discord community, since that access is tied to a valid, unrefunded license key.

4. The Discord Community (Leading Edge Bro Zone)

Buyers can verify their purchase in our Discord server to unlock a private, age-restricted community channel. The server contains explicit adult themes, language, and imagery that may be offensive or unsuitable for minors. By joining and participating, you affirm and agree to the following:

• Age affirmation. You certify that you are at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is older. If you are under 18, or adult material offends you, you must leave the server immediately.
• One key, one account. Your license key is for your own use only — it unlocks the community for one Discord account, and may not be shared or transferred.
• Zero tolerance for illegal or non-consensual content. Sharing illegal content or non-consensual media of any kind results in an immediate ban and a report to Discord Trust & Safety.
• Containment. Explicit discussion and media must stay within the server's designated, age-restricted channels.
• No advertising or spam. No unsolicited promotions, plugs, or outside invites.
• No harassment, creeping, or doxxing. Harassment, stalking, digging into other members' personal information, or doxxing of any kind results in an immediate ban.
• Member privacy ("Bro Code"). Respect the privacy of other members and their conversations. Screenshots, leaks, or taking server discussion outside the community are not allowed.
• Participation expectations. Certain channels may have specific posting expectations consistent with the server's adult, sex-positive purpose (for example, designated channels for sharing explicit images). These expectations are described in the server itself at the time you join.
• Discord's own rules apply too. You agree to comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines in addition to these Terms.

Moderators and admins have final say and may warn, mute, kick, or ban any member at their discretion, including if someone isn't a good fit for the community. We are not liable for any member's misrepresentation of their age. Removal from the Discord community does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of your book purchase.

5. Disclaimers

We've done our best to present accurate, well-sourced information, drawing on published research and expert commentary. That said, the field of sex research is evolving, and reasonable experts disagree on some of the topics covered. Nothing in our content should be taken as a guarantee of any particular outcome in your life, relationships, or wellbeing. You're responsible for how you apply what you read.

This content is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trey Lyon and Leading Edge Sex Solutions are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products, including but not limited to relationship outcomes, emotional distress, or decisions you make based on the content. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms will not exceed the amount you actually paid us.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the site or community after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
