I didn't get my download / I lost my download link.
Check the email you used at checkout (and your spam folder) for your Payhip receipt — your download link and license key are both there. If you still can't find it, email support with the email address you used to purchase and I'll resend it.
I'm having trouble verifying my purchase in Discord.
Make sure you're typing /verify followed by your exact license key from your Payhip receipt (no extra spaces). If it's still not working, email support with your license key and the Discord username you're trying to verify, and I'll sort it out manually.
I want a refund.

Check your spam or junk folder first — leadingedgesex.com is a newer domain, and some email providers are still building up trust with it, so replies occasionally get misfiled. If you emailed from a work or corporate email address, your employer's spam filters may be blocking messages from newer domains like ours entirely. If it's been more than 48 hours and you still don't see a reply anywhere, try emailing again from a personal address (Gmail, Outlook.com, etc.) instead.
