This Privacy Policy explains what information Leading Edge Sex Solutions ("we," "us," or "Trey Lyon," operating leadingedgesex.com) collects when you visit this site, purchase No More Porn Shame, or join the associated Discord community, and how that information is used, shared, and protected.

By using this site or purchasing our products, you agree to the practices described here. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or make a purchase.

Information We Collect

We collect information in a few different ways, depending on how you interact with us:

• Purchase information. When you buy the ebook, our payment processor (Payhip, using Stripe to process the actual charge) collects your email address, payment details, and billing information. We don't see or store your full card number — that's handled entirely by Payhip and Stripe.
• Order and license data. Payhip generates a unique license key tied to your purchase and shares your email address and order details with us so we can provide support and verify purchases.
• Discord community data. If you join our Discord server and use the /verify command to unlock the private eBook Reader channel, our verification bot checks your license key against Payhip's records and stores a record linking that license key to your Discord user ID (not your email or payment details) so the same key can't be redeemed by multiple people. Discord itself separately collects information under its own privacy policy whenever you use the platform.
• Website usage information. Our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically logs basic technical information from site visits — things like IP address, browser type, and pages viewed — for security and performance purposes, as most website hosts do. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the site: which pages get read, roughly where visitors are located (country and region), what kind of device and browser they use, and how they arrived (for example, from a link on X). Google Analytics sets cookies on your device to tell visits apart, and it does not store full IP addresses. If you decline, none of this is collected on this site. We use it only for our own traffic statistics. We don't use Google's advertising features, and we don't run advertising trackers such as a Meta Pixel. Our Payhip store, where you buy the book, and our email sign-up page, which Kit hosts, also use Google Analytics for the same purpose.
• Email sign-ups. If you sign up for the free Habit vs. Problem Test and Chapter 1 (on freebie.leadingedgesex.com), our email service provider (Kit) collects your email address and basic sign-up details so we can send you the free materials and, because you opted in, occasional follow-up emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• Reader feedback. If you fill out our reader feedback form (a Google Form), Google stores the answers you submit, including any name, X handle or email address you choose to include. We only quote you in marketing if you give permission and tell us how you want to be credited.
• Information you send us directly. If you email us for support, message us on Discord, or otherwise contact us, we'll have whatever information you choose to share in that message.

How We Use Your Information

• To process your purchase and deliver the ebook and any bonus content you're entitled to
• To verify your purchase and grant you access to the private Discord community
• To respond to support requests and answer questions
• To send you a purchase receipt and related transactional information (we do not send marketing emails unless you separately opt in, for example by signing up for the free test and Chapter 1)
• To maintain the security and proper functioning of the site and the Discord community

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we don't use it for anything beyond what's described in this policy.

Who We Share Information With

We share limited information with the following third-party services, each of which processes it under their own privacy policies and security practices:

• Payhip — handles checkout, license key generation, and purchase receipts
• Stripe — processes the actual payment transaction on Payhip's behalf
• Discord — hosts the community server where buyers verify their purchase and participate
• Cloudflare — runs the small verification bot that checks license keys and stores the license-to-Discord-ID mapping described above
• Netlify — hosts this website
• Kit — manages the email list for people who sign up for the free test and Chapter 1, and sends those emails
• Google — runs our email (Google Workspace), hosts our reader feedback form (Google Forms), and provides Google Analytics, which measures traffic to this site, our Payhip store and our Kit-hosted sign-up page
• ImprovMX — forwards email sent to our leadingedgesex.com addresses (such as support@leadingedgesex.com) to our inbox

We do not share your information with any other third party for their own marketing or business purposes, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to data brokers or advertisers.

Cookies

The first time you visit, a small banner asks whether you're OK with analytics cookies. If you click Accept, this site loads Google Analytics, which sets cookies (named like _ga) to count visitors and see which pages are useful. If you click No thanks, Google Analytics doesn't load and no analytics cookies are set. We don't use advertising cookies either way. Your choice is saved in your browser, and you can change it at any time: cookie settings.

Our Payhip store, where you buy the book, and our email sign-up page, which Kit hosts, may set their own cookies, and both also use Google Analytics. Those are governed by Payhip's and Kit's own privacy policies and cookie settings. You can also block analytics cookies with your browser settings, a content blocker, or Google's Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works fine either way.

Data Retention

We keep purchase and license-verification records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, honor our refund policy, and prevent license key sharing or fraud. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time (see "Your Rights" below), though we may need to retain certain transaction records for legal or accounting purposes.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you
• Request a copy of that information
• Request that we correct or delete it
• Opt out of any future marketing communications

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we handle — for example, we never see or store your full payment card details, and our Discord bot stores only the minimum information needed (a license key and a Discord user ID) to prevent key sharing. That said, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

This site and our products are intended for adults 18 years of age or older, given the subject matter. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we've collected information from someone under 18, we'll delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our business, or the laws that apply to it, change. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
